Marc Cote

Professional Experience

Marc Cote is a Seattle lawyer who concentrates his practice on employment law and consumer class actions. Marc is passionate about enforcing the rights of workers and consumers. He has successfully represented clients in matters involving wrongful termination in violation of public policy, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. Prior to joining Terrell Marshall & Daudt, Marc was a civil litigation associate at Mills Meyers Swartling. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti, the current Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court. Marc was recently named a 2010 “Rising Star” by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
